IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS: Week of May 15th-20th, 2017

AP Exams: ALL TESTS WILL BE IN THE EXCEL ROOM

8 a.m. Wednesday, May 17th US Gov. & Politics (24 Test)
8 a.m. Thursday, May 18th Chemistry (10 Test)
8 a.m. Friday, May 19th English Literature & Composition (14 Test)
12 p.m. Friday, May 19th Biology (7 Test)
8 a.m.Wednesday, May 24th US History (7 Test)
12 p.m.Wednesday, May 24 Physics 1: Algebra-Based (3 Test)

All books were due to the library by last Friday, May 12th! If you did not return you book, please do so ASAP to avoid a fine. At this point in time, students will be charged the replacement cost of the book.

Senior Information:

Applications for the Renaissance Mule Scholarship are available from Mrs. Cox in the Principal's Office. Deadline is May 17th.
Jostens has delivered ALL caps, gowns, and other graduation products to Mrs Cox in the principal’s office. If you have something to pick up or if you need to find out the balance due please see Mrs. Cox in the office. All orders that have a balance must be paid for with cash or money order.
Bulletin: Information seniors need to review for end of year activities and graduation has been placed on Schoology. There are also printed copies in the Principal's Office. Seniors should review the announcements and plan accordingly. Click here for the online version: https://goo.gl/tYOLiQ
Seniors: If you failed to purchase Senior Banquet Tickets by the deadline, see Mrs. Miller in room 613.
Seniors: If you failed to purchase Project Grad Tickets by the deadline, see Mrs. Miller in room 613.
Seniors: During 7th hour on Thursday, May 18th, we will be collecting your MacBook, top and bottom case, backpack, and all 3 parts of your charger (the charger, the duckhead, and the extension) in the Auxiliary Gym. You will be charged for any pieces/parts that are NOT returned or that are not working/broken. Please make sure you find all parts you are required to turn in BEFORE collection day. Also, make sure you have cleaned out your backpack BEFORE collection day. Contact Mrs. Carda or Mr. Kirkley in the Help Desk with any questions.

Attention Juniors: You must have the MCV vaccine before your Senior year. The shot clinic is May 18th, and packets are in the nurse’s office.

A+ Tutoring: Any student wanting to do their A+ Tutoring over the summer, meet with Mrs. Hon in the EXCEL room on Tuesday May 23 during advisory. NOTE: This is for next years Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors only. Your tutoring HAS to be completed before graduation.

If you signed up to take the semester tutoring class next year, make sure you've filled out the tutoring request form you received IF you have a preference on where you want to tutor. You can turn it in to the drop box outside the A+ Office OR turn it in to Mrs Hon next Friday, May 19, during arena scheduling. The form is available on schoology if you need one.

There will be a Project Graduation fundraiser on Monday, 5/15 at The Summer Shave (the snow cone stand across from Buffalo Wild Wings). It is from 5-8:30pm and to participate you will need to have a voucher with you. Vouchers will be handed out to all students Monday the 15th during advisory. They are free and you will give the voucher to the person at the stand when you order. These vouchers are NOT for a free snow cone they are just for you to participate. Hope to see everyone there! 25% of the proceeds will go toward the Class of 2017 Project Graduation.
Interact Club will be holding a fundraiser at Brick Oven Pizza on Tuesday, May 16th from 5-10 pm to raise money for a summer field trip. Up to 50% of sales will go to Interact Club.
There will be a fundraiser for Project Graduation on Wednesday, May 17th at Maya's from 11am- 10pm. Maya's will be donating a percentage of the sales profits to the project graduation. Thanks for your support.
Arena Scheduling Day is Friday, May 19th! After you have finished the process of Arena Scheduling, you will only be allowed to leave if your name is NOT on the ICU list and if you have a signed permission form to leave campus.
On Wednesday, May 17th & Thursday May 18th, PBHS security will be handing out STUDENT PARKING APPLICATIONS during lunch. These must be filled out completely and turned into security on Arena Day along with your $10 fee. You will be receiving your hang tag on ARENA DAY and will be responsible for keeping track of it over the summer.
On ARENA DAY, May 19th, there will be NO parking on the TENNIS COURT parking lot. There will be plenty of open spots available in the front student parking lot that day. Thank you for your cooperation. If you have questions, contact Ms. Lori R. West in security.
